Clean, uncut, unopened threads may be returned for store credit within 3 months of purchase if the same dye lot is in the shop and the threads are clean, uncut, unopened and in excellent condition. Clean canvases in new condition may be returned for store credit within 1 month of purchase.
All sales items and trunk show purchases, special/custom orders and finished pieces are final sale.
